CANCELLATIONS AND GUARANTEES
There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. Failure to show up for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no-show fee equal to the full stay’s room and tax charges.

• Guests must be 21+ to reserve a room at Grand Cloudcroft Hotel.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide government issued identification and your valid credit card for payment including all miscellaneous and incidental charges.  Reservations without a valid payment method on file will be subject to cancellation.
All payments are due in USD Funds only.
•  Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes.
•  Rates are subject to change without notice.
  Minimum stay restrictions may apply. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on hotel property.

Payment Forms Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash.  All payments are due in U.S. funds only.  We do not accept personal checks.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
CHECK IN: Check-in is 4 pm.  If arriving early, we will do our very best to accommodate you – just let us know in advance.  An additional fee may apply.  

CHECK OUT: Check-out time for guests and vehicles is 11 am.

PARKING
Surface parking is available for all of our hotel guests.  Underground automobile parking is available for $10 per night, and underground motorcycle parking is available for $10 per night, both available on a first-come, first-served basis.  The Grand Cloudcroft Hotel assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle while on our premises.

SMOKING
Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana) is not permitted in any guest room or public space at The Grand Cloudcroft Hotel.  For the safety of yourself and those of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the guest rooms.  Any guest violating the non-smoking or open-flame policy in a guest room or public space of the hotel is subject to a $400 fee.

PETS
Pets are welcome in "Pet" designated guest rooms only at The Grand Cloudcroft Hotel.  We love all kinds of animals, but only domestic pets, like cats and dogs, are allowed to stay at The Grand Cloudcroft Hotel.  No more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed in our "Pet" designated guest room. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations, and pets must be on a leash or in a carrier if they’re outside the guest room. A one-time $50 cleaning fee will be charged to pet friendly rooms. Any guest having a pet in a non-designated pet friendly room will be charged an additional one-time cleaning fee of $100.00.

Incidental Charges
A $100 incidental deposit will be held on your personal credit card and released once you have checked out, in the case that no damages or losses to the property occurred during your stay. If damage to the room, linen, and/or public spaces are discovered during your stay or upon check out, you will be charged the total replacement/repair cost of the damage. Damage to items to includes, but is not limited to: Doors, door locks, electrical outlets, TV's, remotes, microwaves, refrigerators, lamps, furniture, linens, towels, water faucets, shower doors, showers, flooring, parking garage, public space seating, public space decorations, elevator, windows, curtains, ping pong table/equipment, vending machines, public space and room art.
